2018 VW Tiguan AllSpace Review

The elegant, dashing new 2018 VW Tiguan AllSpace comes with specs one has been looking for with unbeatable performance. With the likes of Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5 and Ford Escape already ahead in line in terms of sales, the Volkswagen will have to work harder for its 2018 SUV to lead this segment.

The exterior design of 2018 VW Tiguan AllSpace is elegantly crafted to give a dashing look. The rear doors are reworked and given longer shape commensurate with the elegant look. The regular body features have been remodeled with C-pillar treatment with a wider body and increased length. Furthermore, the front part of its body is neatly decorated with attractively designed grille with evenly poised horizontal slats adding to its beauty. The headlight is designed to be sharp in appearance and appeal underlined by LED daytime running lights. Its tail lights are also designed using pretty much the same LED technology. To add to its overall sporty look, a roof-mounted spoiler is added to this new SUV.

Interior Design

The interiors of 2018 VW Tiguan AllSpace provides for much larger inside space in comparison to its earlier versions. Its seating capacity has been made to accommodate up to seven people, with an increase of about 57 percent in the cargo area. The leather wrapped steering wheel coupled with thumb notch makes one feel comfortable in the driver’s seat.

The base engine will be a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. This unit will be capable of generating 184 HP of power along with 221 lb-ft torque. However, this reworked engine of new VW Tiguan AllSpace is capable of producing excellent acceleration from rest. Its capacity is increased by incorporating eight-speed torque converter automatic transaxle working in collaboration with Aisin.

No official confirmation on prices and date is out yet. However, the experts believe that the new 2018 VW Tiguan AllSpace is expected to be launched anytime within the last phase of 2017 and can be priced within the range of $26,000 to $40,000 based on its specs.
