The car has a very nice inside instrument cluster. It has a proprietary infotainment system available which is designed to show information on a touch screen. The 4G LTE Wi-Fi built in provides a powerful connection which you can easily connect to your smartphone for quick navigation of Google Maps. The upcoming Trax has a new generation of 1.4 liters, 4-cylinder Ecotech engine. The engine has a horsepower of 138 hp. The engine gives both the front-wheel and the all-wheel drive options. This provides extra control and traction thereby improving performance. The engine has a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2017 Chevy Trax has a city performance of 26 mpg and a highway performance of 34 mpg. Its average performance is at 27 mpg. It has a top track speed of 167 mph.
2017 Chevy Trax – MSRP and Release Date:
The 2017 Chevy Trax MSRP is slightly higher than that of its predecessor. However, just like in the previous models, the MSRP does not cover the title, regionally or optionally required equipment, license, taxes and transportation fees. The MSRP has been fixed at $21,000. The addition of the all-wheel drive to any of the trims costs an estimated value of $1500.
The new model will hit the US market this fall. Unlike the older models which were only available in the US market, this model is expected to hit the international market in the early months of the year 2017.
