The most recent Audi H-Tron Quattro Concept will be the brand new hydrogen-powered SUV from Audi. According to some reliable rumors, this model will hit the marketplace most likely at the beginning of 2020. Despite the fact of a high cost of hydrogen, the Audi introduced this model at Detroit Auto Show this year. This model will be built around a hydrogen fuel cell. The first glance on its exterior, but also on its interior design, show us how modernistic this model is. This model will be heavily based on the e-tron Quattro concept and in the following review we will try to present you everything about it as best as we can.
Audi H-Tron Quattro Concept – Innovative Features:
From the outside, the all-new model looks extraordinary. The everything from the outside is so futuristic, and all people will be certainly delighted with its appearance. That is one of the reasons why Audi expects a lot of sales and satisfied customers. The entire exterior will be designed in order to provide better aerodynamic. The front side will be especially attractive and here we can notice sharp headlights made up of OLED elements. Also, the headlights will utilize Matrix laser technology.
The front side of Audi H-Tron Quattro also features unmistakable grille fitted with the well-known four rings in the center. This grille will be a bit different compared to the rest Audi models. This grille will be actually an octagonal grille, and our assumption is that in the future all models from Audi will use this kind of grille. When you look the profile side, you will notice that there are no side view mirrors. The mirrors are replaced by small cameras and that is one more thing that provides better aerodynamics.
From the inside, the brand new Audi H-Tron Quattro Concept will be so luxurious and when you step inside, you will think that you are in the spaceship. This model will have a flat-bottomed steering wheel and the seats will use premium leather. When it comes to the dashboard, everything here is on the touchscreen. At the middle of the dash, we can notice huge display, and under that display, we can see another one, but smaller. The buttons on the steering wheel are also on the touch. The instrument cluster will be a curved LED surface, and here we can see data about the temperature, mileage, range, time, speed. Just like every modern vehicle, this one will have a lot of features inside, plus so many new ones. However, the exact list is not known yet.
Audi H-Tron Quattro Concept – Battery and Hydrogen Fuel Cell:
The future Audi H-Tron Quattro Concept will be powered by a combination of the battery pack and hydrogen fuel cell. Thanks to the solar roof, a battery can be easily charged, and filling the hydrogen cell takes around four minutes. The power from this combination will be routed to electrified Quattro system (one motor at the front with the 121 HP electric motor as well as one at the rear with 188 HP).
