The newest 2018 Audi Q3 will be the next generation of this beautiful and powerful model. The new generation also brings some new things, so we can expect a lot of redesigns. First of all, this model will be larger compared to its predecessor. Also, we can expect the addition of some new systems inside the cabin. This model will also offer an all-electric variant that will most likely share the platform with the Volkswagen e-Golf. Furthermore, this model will be lighter and more stylish compared to the previous generation.

2018 Audi Q3 – Fantastic Appearance

The fantastic appearance from the outside is something that is normal for the 2018 Audi Q3. The chassis of the next generation will be lighter thanks to the new platform. This model will share its MQB platform with the Volkswagen Tiguan and A3 model. Furthermore, besides the reduced weight, this platform also means more space inside the cabin. Potentially, this model will also offer plug-in hybrid (PHEV) technology. Speaking of some specific details from the outside, the front side will remain pretty much the same and here we can see familiar front grille that will be connected with the headlights and that will provide Audi logo in the middle.

The mentioned headlights will be powered by the improved and stronger LED technology. At the sides of the bumper, we can see large side intakes that will help engine cooling. The 2018 Audi Q3 will ride on the large aluminum wheels, but at this moment, we don’t know its size. Our assumption is 17 inch.

Elegant Cabin

The cabin of this model will be very elegant, and above all very comfortable. Thanks to the improved platform, this model will provide more space inside the cabin, and consequently, improved comfort. The seats will be wrapped in the premium leather, which is one more great thing for the passengers. The Company will also provide latest MMI infotainment system that will further provide Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. We can, of course, expect the availability of Audi’s Virtual Cockpit. Some of the available features will include modern air condition, active cruise control, an excellent audio system (probably Bose), and so many safety systems, as well as numerous connectivity options.

2018 Audi Q3 – Engine Rumors

As we already mention, the 2018 Audi Q3 will probably get plug-in hybrid technology and even an all-electric (EV) version. If rumors about the EV is true then we can expect the same components as in the updated Volkswagen e-Golf. The standard engine is 2.0 liter with 200 HP. However, this engine will be paired with 6-speed automatic transmission. The Audi Q3 will be (Front Weel Drive), but there will be an option to upgrade to Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD) for better handling.

2018 Audi Q3 – Market Release, Expected Price and Rivals

The release date of the new Audi Q3 will be at the first half of 2018. This model will probably have a starting MSRP of around $33.000. The main rivals will be BMW X1, Kia Sportage, and Mercedes-Benz GLC.
